ONE [the poem]

How do I describe thee let me count the ways

I’ve seen a lot of things but none like you in all of my days

I’ve seen you move I’ve seen your work

I stand in awe of your ineffable worth

You are my Father, You are your Son

There is only one way to describe you

And that Word is ONE

St. John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

St. John 1:10-11 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

St. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
